Background

We first got in touch with Jamie and the team at UK Sign Shop back in 2015 and performed a in consulting role for the business. As soon as we launched Discoverable, Jamie became one of our founding clients, and our partnership is still going strong today.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed someone to take over our PPC and SEO campaigns from a previous company.

We wanted to boost our sales, increase conversions, and lower our cost per acquisition for our online store.

They were recommended by one of our business partners as well-respected and local talent.

Thankfully, they handled the entire project, regardless of all the technicalities involved with SEO. We had a preliminary meeting to discuss our goals and they’ve delivered on every one.

We worked with two fantastic team members, one specializing in SEO and the other on PPC.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our sales have increased by 52% compared to the same period last year, and our cost per acquisition has fallen by 18%. Also, the overall amount of traffic we receive is significantly higher.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We use Slack to communicate and they’re always available to answer any questions we may have.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were blown away by their intricate knowledge of Google and its algorithm. Both guys are incredibly friendly and very easy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can think of.
